Juliet Phillips is a teaching & visual artist from Brooklyn, NY whose work follows a curious narrative that winds its way through painting, drawing, animation, papermaking and ceramics. She has been collaborating with W.O.W. on community centered artistic initiatives since 2016, such as the Resist Recycle Regenerate program & crate-woodworking projects. Juliet is so excited to continue to teach, create & dream at W.O.W. through the Creatives Rebuild New York program.
