Bright yellow poster celebrating five years of WOW with colorful, abstract, patterned shapes representing women and growth, announcing events like retreats, unveiling, rituals, a storefront opening, and a block party.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our 5 year anniversary celebration, Nourishing Our Roots, centering the reciprocal act of giving and receiving and the ways we are inspired to continue nurturing our healing space and movement home in the heart of Chinatown at 26 Mott St. Through ceremony and celebration, we invite the Chinatown and greater Asian diasporic community to help us seed our future as we move into our 5th year of cultural organizing work with femme, queer, and trans youth at the helm.

We are fundraising $30,000 to help sustain our work into its 5th year and beyond, while also hosting 5 programs for 5 years (!!) featuring our youth art and activism program Resist Recycle Regenerate's final showcase, an unveiling of Jess X. Snow’s mural for AAPI healing, the opening of Joy Mao’s artist residency, a ritual parade centering Tomie Arai’s designed ceramic vessels, and concluding with a block party and celebration of the Chinatown community.
